Location

In the central-east part of Greece landed the Magnesia area with its capital city of Volos.

Between the Aegean sea and the Pagasitikos golf is the Pelion mountain peninsula.

At the west side of the mountain, by the calm sea, is the Kala Nera village 18 Km from Volos.

In the center of the Village, at the 1st parallel street to sea side is the Pagaseon Studios, a newly constructed building in a traditional form.

The beach, the taverns and the cafe are all very close, car is not necessary and the holidays are easy and comfortable.
